Rite Of Passage

Youth ages 7 to 18 receive structured guidance and positive role models that promote leadership and appropriate behavior, and preparation for adulthood. A customized curriculum focuses on delivering transformative concepts designed to boost confidence and enhance decision-making abilities. ROP programs can be adjusted to run for 6, 8, or 10 weeks according to  needs.

Teen Reach 

AAMOU’s Teen Reach Program provides youth ages 9-17 with a safe environment and caring adult professional role models to guide them toward obtaining scholarships for college, STEAM education, tutoring/homework help, and tools for life success.

Junior Youth Internship Program

Preparing youth ages 14-25 for jobs in retail, customer service, and manufacturing industries. Youth participants will earn a stipend while learning employability skills, work ethics, and meaningful work-based experience. They introduced to opportunities in the trades. Knowledge gained is designed to prepare them for college enrollment, vocational school, or entering the workforce. ​​​

S.O.M.I

Street Outreach Mentoring and Intervention "SOMI"  is dedicated to uplifting individuals, strengthening communities, and fostering resilience while reducing the impact of violence. We provide a comprehensive range of services, including Street Outreach, Case Management, Community Resource Lists, Success Planning, Life Coaching, Mediation, and Court-Appointed Community Service for Restorative Justice.
